this on to protect against sunburn
4. Canoeing continues in the rain as long
as there is no lightning
5. Polarfleece sweaters are ideal. They
will keep you warm even if they are wet.
6. Should include at least bandaid,
antiseptic wipes, sunburn ointment, moleskin - this time for your hands.
7. If your hat is a baseball style, you
will also need a scarf for the back of your neck
